Each and every heat press Is different so It's Important that you test the temperature, time and pressure to find which settings work best for your equipment!

HEAT PRESS SETTINGS:

  • Temp: 315-325℉
  • Pressure: 60-80 PSI (Firm)
  • 1st Press Timer: 15 seconds
  • 2nd Press Timer: 10 seconds
HEAT PRESS SETTINGS (HEAT SENSITIVE FABRIC) :
  • Temp: 265-280℉
  • Pressure 60-80 PSI (Firm)
  • 1st Press Timer 20 seconds
  • 2nd Press Timer 10 seconds

Heat Pressing Instructions in 3 Easy Steps

  • 1. Place

    Lay your FASTFILM™ DTF transfer on the garment where you want the design to go. Make sure it’s centered and ready to press.

  • 2. Press

    Close your heat press and apply medium pressure for 15 seconds at 320°F (160°C). That’s the sweet spot for a clean transfer.

  • 3. Peel

    Thanks to our Easy Peel formula, you can peel right away while it’s hot—or let it cool off first. Either way, it comes off clean and smooth.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

We move fast! If you need to update your order, please email us immediately at [store email]. If your product has already been printed, you’ll still be responsible for that item—but don’t worry, we’re flexible! In most cases, we’ll work out a custom deal for a reprint or adjustment. Mistakes happen—we’ve got your back.

What kind of press or equipment do I need?

All you need is a heat press (or iron) that reaches 325°F for 15 seconds and applies medium-firm pressure. After the cold peel, double press for the softest, best-finished results!

What’s the minimum number of transfers I can order?

One or one million—we’ve got you. No minimums required. We focus on quality over quantity every time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shop Pay (which allows you to split payments). Payment options may vary depending on your region. Please note we do not accept cash on delivery.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

We do not offer cash on delivery for online orders at this time.

What’s your return policy?

Since everything is custom-made, we do not accept returns. If something looks off with your order, email us at [Store email]. We’ll take care of it with a reprint. If a refund is required, the original item must be returned before the refund is issued.

What do I do if I never received my order?

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your order, please:

Double-check the shipping address used at checkout.

Email [Store email] with your order number and a screenshot of your tracking info.

We’ll file a claim with UPS and get a reprint shipped ASAP to keep your business moving.

DTF vs. Screen Prints – What about wash cycles?

Our DTF transfers are tough. They’ve been tested through over 75 wash cycles without fading, cracking, or peeling. Welcome to the era of DTF!

What file types do you accept?

We prefer vector files like .AI or .PDF for the best results. We also accept high-resolution PNGs (300 DPI or higher) with transparent backgrounds.

How will my transfers arrive?

Your transfers will be delivered in either a box or a tube, depending on the size of your order. Every package includes pressing paper and easy-to-follow pressing instructions to make the process smooth and stress-free.

What are your pressing instructions?

To get the best results from your transfers, follow these simple steps:

Place the film (with design facing up) on the garment.

Cover with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet.

Press at 325°F for 15 seconds with medium-firm pressure.

Let it cool for 30–45 seconds (until it’s cool to the touch).

Peel off the film.

Re-cover with parchment or Teflon and press again for 10 seconds at 325°F.

That’s it! Fold your freshly pressed, colorful garment and admire the results.
